This is a follow-up to the letter to you dated March 6, 2007 from Vic Mizzi the past President of the Billiard Club. As was mentioned in Vic’s letter our Club did hold its Annual General Meeting and election on March 13th. The following members were elected and now form the Club’s Executive for the 2007 / 2008 season.

Concerning the requirements for our Club it is my understanding that the Board has agreed that the Club should be restored to pre-Charley conditions, which was a 4 table facility. Director Joan Adams and I met last week on this matter and the outcome of this meeting was that she recommended that we meet with you if we had any proposals insofar as the configuration and location of the Billiard room.

We have been actively examining various options over the last week and have come up with one that would satisfy our needs and would like to present it to you before the end of this week for consideration. If it is convenient for you, we could be available for such a meeting on either Wednesday March 21 between 1:00 PM and 3:30 PM or on Thursday March 22nd at any time in the morning
